We would like to introduce a case study of our pelletizing machine, the "Dow Pelletizer." In the process of recycling iron-based dust generated within a steel mill, we introduced the "Dow Pelletizer" to pelletize dust containing a high amount of zinc to prevent scattering and to facilitate handling at the destination zinc smelter. This product enables stable intermittent operation even with highly adhesive powders due to its two-shaft uneven-speed self-cleaning mechanism. Additionally, the interior is enclosed in a sealed casing, so there is no concern about dust generation in the workplace.
